Essex County College- Teddy Bear Clinic!

Essex County College hosted their first ever Teddy Bear Clinic in cooperation with their Child Development Center and Nursing Department! Nurses were able to provide a cuddly and educational experience for students with mock exams just in time for their annual physical exams! Kids walked away with their own Bear Givers teddy bear and some comfort for their next doctor visit! Each Teddy Bear Clinic gives us an opportunity to ease the fears of children who are often nervous and scared for their medical appointments. We look forward to partnering with Essex County College again to continue to spread joy together!
