Friendship Circle at Brooklyn - A Hakhel Experience
Bear Givers was glad to attend the Friendship Circle of Brooklyn annual art show “A Hakhel Experience” and were treated once again to a stunning display of creativity! Children and young adults with disabilities spent months preparing their artwork which was featured at the beautiful gallery space at the Jewish Children’s Museum. Hundreds of guests were in attendance to support the young artists, purchase some art pieces, and enjoy food and refreshments. A huge thank you to Chani and Berel Majesky, and all the artists and volunteers, for participating so fully in our EmpowerArt Program. They continue to exceed our expectations year after year!
