May 19, 2019 - We were delighted to celebrate the 6th annual "Art of Friendship" for the Friendship Circle of Brooklyn on Sunday, which was the 4th art show in 13 days for Bear Givers! We were warmly greeted by the young artists who couldn't wait to show us their masterpieces.
Each year the children and young adults work with new mediums and materials and under the guidance of renowned local artists and volunteers they learned new techniques to expand their creative experience.
It was a truly magical event, with an amazing turnout in a room filled with joy, laughter and a positive warm energy which was felt by us all. Congratulations to the young artists - this year you sold the most artwork in your six-year history!
