A Kindness Project
After a wonderful opening, our Kindness Project is in full swing at Jack's House as families came together to explore the power of giving with our teddy bears. The Kindness Project is designed to give children the warm, fuzzy feeling of giving a teddy bear to someone else! Parents and children enjoyed making Challah loaves before decorating teddy bears and writing notes to be donated to students at BOCES - Westhampton Beach Learning Center. Through United Hatzalah, some of the bears will also be donated to children in Ukraine, Israel and other places around the world, who are victims of terror attacks. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and participated to make this event possible.
