Bear Givers was honored to receive the Lamplighter Award at the Jewish Children's Museum 17th Annual Gala Dinner for sponsoring an educational video for the public school curriculum. The video will be presented at schools to familiarize children with Jewish culture and Jewish people, and end generational hate and ignorance. This video is a big step in efforts to stop anti-semitism and bullying. A leadership award was also presented to NYC’s Mayor Eric Adams. Joe and Mayor Adams were comparing notes about growing up and shooting hoops in Crown Heights and the elementary schools they attended
