Friendship Circle of Brooklyn: One Father, One Nation
After having to postpone many of our annual events in 2020, Bear Givers was proud to sponsor an Art Show again, for the first time in many months! The Friendship Circle of Brooklyn came together for the unveiling of their mural "One Father, One Nation" on Kingston Avenue with a wonderful celebration of friendship and unity. The mural is a collaborative masterpiece made by Friendship Circle members, that will become a community landmark! This was not just any unveiling, but an empowering moment for all Friendship Circle members who experience immense joy and pride at seeing their art on display. We are so proud of them for continuing to create art during such challenging times with a clear message of love and unity. We are thankful to Berel and Chani Majesky for embracing our EmpowerArt Program and for planning such a safe and enjoyable outdoor event. Here are just some of the artists and community who made this such a special event!
