Central Park Medical Unit

We are happy to donate bears to the Central Park Medical Unit for the second time! The Central Park Medical Unit has been providing free emergency medical services in and around Central Park since 1975. They are 100% volunteer and donation based, and offer our teddy bears to any children they may encounter in need of a cuddly friend. They explained to us that the bears immediately calm children who are upset, hurt or in traumatic situations, and give them something familiar to hold and to focus on. We are happy to donate bears to such a ‘paw’-some organization and look forward to keeping their ambulances stocked with teddy bears!
