JDRF Teddy Bear Clinic

We were thrilled to donate Bear Givers teddys to the Greater CT/ Western MA Chapter of JDRF. JDRF serves as the leading funder of type 1 diabetes research, and each year it hosts a teddy bear clinic for kids to learn about diabetes care. This year, our furry friends made a special appearance, helping to bring fun and education together to empower children with an understanding of diabetes . The young attendees engaged in hands-on activities and imaginative play scenarios that mimicked real-life healthcare situations. At the end of the event, kids got to take their furry friends home! It was a very loved and very well attended event. We are so appreciative of these special clinics that provide a unique and interactive experience designed to make learning about healthcare both informative and enjoyable for young minds.
