Leading with Kindness

We are partnering with NYC public schools for our new initiative Leading with Kindness which is designed to enable students to perform charitable acts of kindness in order to give back to their community and help those who are less fortunate and those experiencing hardship. Karen Feldman from Wagner MS167 kicked this off and implemented the program in her school. The Wagner students came together for a kindness workshop where they decorated bears and notecards to donate to Candlelighters NYC! This organization has been helping children fighting cancer since 2007 by providing an emotional support system while children are away from home. Students were happy to write encouraging messages to be delivered alongside each cuddly teddy bear! We look forward to working with Wagner MS167 again.
