Words of thanks
After MS Wagner 167 students gave teddy bears and cards to children with special needs at P94M@340, a teacher wrote:
“Your students were beyond amazing, both in the donation of the bears and in their interactions with our kids. Each teacher has separately approached me and heaped praise on you guys! I've gone round to each class and every student is still playing with their bear, which is truly wonderful to see. I know you understand the importance of these types of activities, but it was amazing to see the depth of understanding that your team showed, both in their interactions with my students and staff and in the questions and comments they made. Please never stop this program - we need more of this type of energy in the world and teaching our students about the importance of kindness and giving is a lesson that needs to be taught more.”
