Teddy Bear Clinic at the Children's Center in Titusville, FL

A wonderful Teddy Bear Clinic was hosted for the children in the Titusville, Florida community thanks to the Children’s Center. During this fun-filled day, our Bear Givers teddys had their vitals checked, got a shot, received a prescription for medication, gave a blood sample, had a booboo wrapped, and got glasses after having an eye exam. Children also learned about medication safety, what to expect at the dentist, strategies to cope with anxiety, made their own first aid kits, and had a chance to explore a rescue vehicle.

It was truly a fun, hands-on learning opportunity for the children, and parents had a lot of positive feedback.
