Teddy Bear Donation to Nicaragua

Our long-time partner, Mending Kids, recently made a life-changing impact on the lives of two young patients in Nicaragua. We were filled with gratitude to see our bears in the arms of a two month-old baby girl, who just had her heart mended. Mending Kids’ Executive Director, Isabelle Fox, received a hug of appreciation from a ten year-old patient who waited 7 years to have her heart mended. Both patients were discharged to brighter futures, along with a cuddly, furry companion who gave them comfort throughout the procedures.
